The Story of X-Vision
Traditional LED displays could have a few problems in versatility. First of all, a manufacturer could have over a dozen different products, indoor and outdoor, rental and fixed, all in different sizes and pixel pitches… And it often happens to the clients that when they want to upgrade their screens to higher resolution ones, they can not keep the existing structure because the specifications are different.
In order to solve this problem, we brought out the X-vision, a structurefree LED display system that is compatiable with most of the common modules produced by other LED display manufacturers.
Basic Theory
Good Versatility
All products are with same size panel. Panel here is like conventional “cabinet” concept, size 320X320mm, The panel is highly integrated with receiving card and power supply inside, plug and play, just so easy.
Lean Management
Both indoor & outdoor, all pitches products are with same size cabinet and structure, which is easy for after-sales maintenance as same accessories can be used for various projects. There is no need to prepare different spares with different specfications for diffent pitch, difference maintenance manner and applications.
One-Person Job
Super slim and compact design, full installed status(including bracket and cables), one SQM screen only around 25kg, thickness from wall to screen surface less than 65mm. And it supports both front maintenance & back maintenance at the same time.
A “LEGO-liked” Modular Screen
The entire system is merely with small size Panels, Cables, brackets and a controller(sending box).
Besides above mentioned characters, it also has below highlights:
Less Cables. We rebuild even the cables, so each panel with just one cable in & one cable out, no chance for you to make connnection mistake.
Universal Modules. Though most of the details we choosed to rebuild our own standard, We abandon the use of dedicated PCB, we choose standard industry modules (320X160mm), so there will be no problem with upgrading your screen to a higher resolution in the future. Even when you have trouble in maintenance and can not get our in-time after-sales support, it’s easy for you to grab a new module from other manufacturers and replace it. Unique design makes replacing a module as easy as replacing a battery!
Low Costs. Compact design is also comfortable for you during delivery and installation, it can save you a lot of labors, time and transportation costs. No need heavy trucks and cranes for most of cases.
